Six stages, no shortcuts. Here's exactly what happens between your first message and the unboxing.

1. 01

   The Vision

   Submit your idea, reference photos, and color preferences. We'll get on a call if the concept needs shaping, then lock the direction together.

   Turnaround: 1-3 days

2. 02

   The Design

   We produce a digital mockup and an itemized quote. Use the Design Studio to experiment with colorways before you approve.

   Turnaround: 3-7 days

3. 03

   The Prep

   Shoes arrive at the lab (yours or sourced by us). We deglaze, sand, and prime every panel so paint bonds permanently.

   Turnaround: 2-4 days

4. 04

   The Craft

   Hand-painting, airbrush work, material swaps, and structural reconstruction. You get progress photos at each milestone.

   Turnaround: 2-4 weeks

5. 05

   Quality Control

   Flex tests, edge inspection, and a factory-grade sealer. Nothing ships until it survives our checklist.

   Turnaround: 2-3 days

6. 06

   The Reveal

   Packed in display-ready boxing with a care card and certificate of authenticity, then shipped fully insured.

   Turnaround: 2-5 days
